1. Acceptance

By using the AnchorPoint Crew Services mobile application, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

Users must provide accurate information and be legally eligible to work as seafarers or represent an employer.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Submit genuine and accurate information.
• Upload only valid documents.
• Keep login credentials secure.
• Not misuse the application or upload unlawful content.

4. Recruitment Services

AnchorPoint Crew Services acts as a recruitment facilitator between candidates and employers. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, contracts, joining dates, salaries, or visas.

5. Employer Responsibilities

Employers are responsible for verifying candidate suitability and complying with applicable employment and maritime laws.

6. Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates are responsible for ensuring that all submitted documents, certificates, medical reports, passports, visas, and licenses are valid and genuine.

7. Payments

Any fees charged by AnchorPoint Crew Services for registration or recruitment services will be communicated separately. Such fees do not guarantee placement or employment.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and materials within the application are the property of AnchorPoint Crew Services and may not be copied without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

AnchorPoint Crew Services shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from recruitment decisions, employer actions, candidate actions, delays, or failure to secure employment.

10. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to contain false information, fraudulent documents, abusive conduct, or misuse of the platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
